Our experience was such wonderful from the moment we checked in, would happily return. Pleasant hotel in a stunning and fantastic location in walking distance to almost all major attractions, thoroughly enjoyed this place. Location: the venue was not far from many good restaurants and bars, the centre of the city, and the Ben Thanh Market, Bui Vien St and Pham Ngu Lao St.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we had issues with our room. They promptly moved us to a different room and even provided us with a fan upon request. We also appreciated the alternative solution of providing flasks for hot water instead of kettles. the staff was also kind enough to allow us a late check-out. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. it was good value for money. Cons: Nothing 🤷♀️.

The hotel's location was great! It's tucked away from the main road so it's very quiet and you can get a good night's sleep. the staff were exceptional- they were super helpful and made us feel welcome.
Sadly, there were a few issues we had with this hotel. Breakfast was poor and not worth the token given.
